With a background as a Chemical Engineer and senior executive, David brings deep expertise in lump-sum contracting, design and commercial management, project recovery, and high-risk technology developments. He is recognised for his ability to simplify strategy, collaborate across all levels of an organisation, and drive delivery through tailored project structures and performance models.

David has led large-scale joint ventures and billion-dollar programs, including the Victorian Desalination Project, and established new business capabilities for global consultancies and listed companies. He is also a specialist in project turnaround and recovery, having delivered accelerated outcomes for government, utilities, and contractors facing complex risks and delays.
