Sphere was founded in 2018 in recognition of the need for advisors with specific environmental sector experience, development capability and expertise in delivering complex transactions and structures. Sphere works across all sectors of environmental infrastructure and services - including water, waste and energy to help clients deliver on their goals.

Sphere assists its clients in the development and delivery of environmental investments, businesses and infrastructure projects by providing expert guidance in all aspects - technical, financial, commercial, legal and strategic. Sphere provides lead or support roles, acting independently or as an integrated team. 

Our hands-on experience in end to end transaction management across all aspects - strategy and planning, due diligence, key term development, negotiation, execution and post close implementation - is coupled with a commercial and strategic approach in all that we do.
