Chris Godfrey - Partner

Chris has over 20 years’ senior level involvement in the infrastructure sector, both at a domestic and international level, underpinned by a strong financial and commercial focus.

Following on from his Chartered Accountant background with EY, Chris has developed a strong knowledge across the energy, water and waste sectors from his hands-on experience at board, executive and project level within multinational and ASX environments.

A strong breadth and depth of experience in Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Information Technology, Procurement, Risk Management, IPO and Project Development and Financing has enabled Chris to play a substantial role in the delivery of the strategic and financial goals for the organisations he has worked with.

At a project level Chris has been directly and successfully involved in small to large scale and complex PPP, BOOT, DBO and O&M transactions across the environmentals sectors and during the  different stages including bid development, project execution, refinancing, contract extensions and long term operations.
