Ben Bowen - Partner

Ben is an experienced water and infrastructure executive whose skills have been built over the past 20 years through a deep and hands-on approach of developing, operating and managing some of the most technically and commercially advanced projects in the water industry.

An engineer by training, Ben has a demonstrated track record in developing and managing very large (>$1Bn) long term O&M, DBO and BOOT projects, including those with a range of debt and equity investors, from bid stage through commercial and contract negotiation, development, establishing operations and ongoing client and contract management. As a business manager, Ben has had accountability for managing operational and budget performance and leading large multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional HSE, technical and commercial outcomes.

Ben’s ability to develop, lead and close commercially and technically complex negotiations for new and existing projects is complemented by his strong board and governance focus as a member and chair of project boards, joint ventures and project special purpose companies.

Ben provides clients with practical and pragmatic advice across operations, contracting, commercial and transaction advisory services with a focus on assisting them to facilitate and realise optimum performance from their projects and assets.
