David is an experienced project leader with over 30 years’ experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects across energy, water, industrial, and broader infrastructure sectors domestically and internationally.

With a background in process engineering, project management, and executive leadership, David brings a deep understanding of fixed-price contracting, design and commercial management, project recovery, and high-risk technology development. He is widely recognised for his ability to simplify strategy, collaborate across all levels of an organisation, and drive delivery through tailored project structures and performance models.

David has led large-scale joint ventures within billion-dollar programs, including the Victorian Desalination Project, and established new business capabilities for global consultancies and listed companies. He is a specialist in project turnaround and recovery, having delivered accelerated outcomes for government, utilities, and contractors facing complex risks and delays.
