We have opportunities available at the Associate Director and Director levels, with flexibility to be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne and hybrid working arrangements to support balance and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting succinct, engaging and easy to understand client deliverables (presentations, papers, reports)

  • Contributing to business development activities, such as proposals and industry presentations

  • Preparing and using financial and/or economic models

  • Building trusting relationships with our clients and other industry professionals

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting the provision of strategic advice to clients that is evidenced-based and fit-for-purpose

  • Providing clients with strategic, financial and commercial advice across all stages of the infastructure lifecycle
    Assisting senior team members effectively manage internal budgets and administration requirements

  • Promoting a positive working environment, contributing to the long term growth and success of our team.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience at an Associate Director to Director level to join our team. To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Higher education qualifications (graduate and/or postgraduate studies) combined with related work experience

  • Wide-ranging knowledge of the water, waste and/or energy landscapes in Australia

  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with a demonstrated track record of managing client relationships

  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and/or businesses and platforms which develop and own infrastructure assets

  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with people at various levels of experience

  • Quantitative analytical capabilities and the ability to confidently take ownership of complex financial models

  • Experience in structuring infrastructure transactions and actively participating in contract and commercial negotiations

  • Intellectual curiosity, with a desire to continuously improve and develop professionally in the environmental sector

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands simultaneously.
